Hillsborough Schools Staff Hub provides easy access for employees to district resources.

The Staff Hub provides access to the following resources:  

Microsoft Outlook

• Utilized for district email Outlook, it also includes such functions as email, calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking, journal logging, and web browsing. Outlook is also available in the Microsoft Office suite of desktop programs. 

Microsoft Teams

• Microsoft Teams is the hub for teamwork in the Microsoft Ecosystem—a workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing, and even the occasional emoji! All in one place, all in the open, all accessible to everyone.  Teams is used by schools and departments to share important ideas and information.

Microsoft OneDrive

• OneDrive is the Microsoft cloud service that connects you to all your files. It lets you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.  Storing files in your OneDrive folder allows you to work offline, in addition to online, and your changes are synchronized when you reconnect to the Internet. 

Other District Resources

• Direct access to Canvas, Clever, EdConnect and other important district resources are accessible from tiles found right inside the Staff Hub.  More resources are added regularly.
